  • Do you bill directly to insurance?

    Yes! We will take care of everything for you. This means you have one less thing to worry about, and we’ll advocate for you to get your claim processed quickly so your home can be restored back to normal as soon as possible.

  • Can I keep track of the items you have cleaned and have in storage?

    Yes! We use a superior cloud-based inventory software to keep track of all your items.  You will be given a link via email that takes you to a private portal that will allow you to view by photo gallery of everything that we have removed from your home. From this portal, you will also have the ability to follow the restoration process. YOU are still in control of your belongings.

  • Can you clean specialty items or precious family heirlooms?

    Yes! We can clean most items in-house, and for delicate and specialty items we have a large network of trustworthy, professional subcontractors who can restore specialty items such as fine art, antique furniture, pianos, and grandfather clocks. Each item is assessed and if we can’t clean it in our shop, we find specialists that can. It is then cleaned, deodorized, ozoned/hydroxled and stored until the repairs on your home are completed.

  • Do you work with my insurance company?

    Steve, one of our owners has been negotiating with insurance adjusters for over 20 years. He can guide you through this process.  We will work directly with your insurance company to get your claim processed as soon as possible and your home can be restored back to normal.
